I suppose to be in plaza they give me room at golf resort. On check in I pay for the 1 night and on the check out they charge me extra (telling me that I didn't pay the tax) while the real price was for plaza not golf resort. Didn't give me the WiFi password. Didn't give me the golf view. There is much better hotels and resorts with friendly stuff than swiss in.
