"Really friendly & helpful staff, both on reception and in the restaurant. My room (303) was grand - basic, comfortable and very clean, and the balcony had a fantastic view. To get that wonderful view of the Pyramids, the room faces due west & the balcony gets very hot in the afternoon. So enjoy the view in the morning, and then of the sunset, but don't plan to sit there all afternoon!"

"This hotel was very nice. Staff was friendly. It’s a good location so you can walk around however since Cairo traffic is a little crazy we just took Ubers from the hotel to where we needed to be since we were not going to risk crossing the streets. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again."
