Room bed is comfortable. Good staff service. Great bed. Good food. Room is a little noisy sometimes

The service is very friendly, very nice and clean restaurants. Nice food . Classy nicely decorated lobby and coffee shop and restaurants

Booked this at the last minute to treat myself. Very spacious areas around the bar and cafe. The staff, however, were hard to flag for attention and once attended to, they were overly attentive to the point of being intrusive and needy (asking for good reviews). They would have got a good review anyway, but they just need a softer touch and be more subtle.
The staff at check-in were exceptional and helped with several different needs during my stay. Excellent English language skills and very polished in how they communicate and assist guests. Concierge staff also very helpful and attentive. After my stay I made a special request via email and it was responded to very promptly.
I didn't have a chance to use the facilities, but there was an extensive range of services and facilities. All round, a great experience if you are looking for a top star hotel in the Al Duqqi district of Giza, I would definitely recommend.

Service staff are second to none, it was a great check in by Soha, twice. Also so great to be shown our room’s features by “aam Bsheer”, also had the pleasure of meeting, accidentally in the elevator, the GM Mr. Ashraf Michele, to find out the real inspiration behind the great service. Top notch 10/10.
