WiFi is a bit weak but other than that breakfast is nice
Rooms are excellent
Was abit weary of this hotel based on other reviews but it was absolutely perfect during our stay

No cleaning for the pool & room service so bad & the car barking is out from the Hotel

I chose because my office was close to this property. Sorrounding area is not pleasant though rooms and hotel itself is fine but I felt it just under measure of value for money.

Staff are quite rude or nonchalant about everything. I dropped a guest off to stay overnight and it was chaos. Guy behind reception had to call a few people just to confirm my booking. Then the room they gave us didn’t have WiFi that worked. The guy that was meant to be taking us to or room just disappeared to meet someone outside the compound ?? Random!
Eventually he came back.
The next day when I went to pick up my guest, they wouldn’t even let me in beyond the gates without talking my passport!? When I refused, the chap had to call his ‘manager’ who eventually just wrote down something on a piece of paper and let me in.
Why in the heck would he need my passport to keep with him? Very dodgy!
Within 5/10 min he knocked on guest door to ‘check if we’re ok’? More like check to see what we’re doing.
Eventually we were able to leave but I wouldn’t stay at this place. The place looks nice and is clean however the staff are just so unprofessional, it makes the place look like a joke!

bad service and dishonest staff and terrible room
Posted 24 Nov 2018 on HotelsFirst day we arrived it was 02:00AM around and reception(man) told us there is no avaliable room for us which we booked so that reception promised us will chang to my booked room Next day so i was late and we agreed living with lower quality room Because the guy was also in good service.Then nightmare happens Next day,in the morning we check with a shifted lady staff and she told us around 02:00pm they will help us to changed room so i went out with my friend and around 4pm we come back and asked for my New room key and lady told us there is no room and i still need to live in lower quality room,i said why,she told this is what room you booked online,i was getting angry and told her to pay back my money and i will find other hotel and she said OK and voice was strong and seems she is powerful in the hotel then we wait in reception.After 15 minutes she come and told me we can change to my booked room and come back around 5pm.Finally we changed back to our room and the room was much better and nice.but shower water is not good and toilet leaks water also.So guys,notice that,this hotel room near the swimming pool side is smelling bad and very strong stink and i was so regret the first to agree to stay a lower quality room and nothing gets back and get a worse service so sometimes your kindness Looks stupid if you met a bad reception.This lady i really want to sue her,dishonest and cheater and liar,i will never live this hotel.

Mvh Åsa med dotter Tuwa 16 och vuxen son Emil. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka till hotellet men vart avskräckta av trafiken i Kairo.
