Customer service is great. The whole team is there to help! However, needed to ask for more basic necessities. Overall would stay again

The property management should disclose that it is very noizy 24/7. It is not their fault but people who are very sensitive to noise should avoid this area

Excellent luxury place to go in Family. The location is near the Giza Piramyds complex, everything was clean and with a fantastic view of the pyramids Fromm the roof. I highly recommend it!!
