Doesn’t meet my expectations
Posted 25 Apr 2023 on HotelsHad a night stay, while in transit. Facility is aged. They serve breakfast only 10am - 12 noon, includes bread, cheese, honey and orange juice. WiFi is erratic, goes on and off several time.

Posted 17 Apr 2023 on HotelsWe had quite the saga at this hotel. The pool was out of order, empty. The gym supposedly was being remodeled so also not available. And the restaurant was only serving breakfast. So basically the amenities were a no go... We booked the 2 bedroom and first they put us in an apt that was nothing at all like the pictures. It was old and the furniture was super old. We said unless they put us in a better apt, we were not going to stay. So they gave us another apt that was a little better. In the morning there was major noisy construction going on in the unit below which was being remodeled. So they offered to put us in another apt in another building and finally we got the apt that's actually in the pictures! That apt is very nice. It's located on the building on the right and is number D303. So make sure you demand that specific apt! Wi-fi was very spotty and front desk had to do something on their end everyday so we could reconnect. But overall, we had a nice 5 night stay for a good price and there are lots of shops in the area.

I did not actually receive what I had booked for the posted price. I booked in advance 2 separate one-bedroom suites, and we only had one when we showed up. Management switched us to a two-bedroom suite after we raised that issue, but I don't think this arrangement reflected the cost of the booking. There was no running water in the kitchen area or one of the bathrooms.

Best hotel in mokatam
Posted 6 Feb 2022 on HotelsThe hotel was perfect and clean. The rooms were very cosy and felt like home . Breakfast was very delicious and came to my doorstep . Also when I asked them to bring me the breakfast early as I will checkout before 10am they approved my request . They're very professional and serviable

Departamento lejos pero confortable
Posted 3 Apr 2023 on HotelsSon unos departamentos que están muy alejados del centro del Cairo y de la zona arqueológica de Giza,llegamos temprano hacer el check-in a las 9 AM tuvimos que pagar $900 libras por permitirnos entrar al depto para asearnos y descansar un poco las personas en recepción hablan inglés pero muy básico y no son amigables ni si quiera los buenos días te dan pero en fin.,la gente limpieza así como el bell boy son muy eficientes y amigables,las instalaciones son buenas sin llegar a ser óptimas me permitieron dejar mi equipaje por 5 horas.esta un restaurante a 2 cuadras dónde pueden comer comida típica .
