This property has everything a traveler could want. The service is impeccablethere are 11 excellent dining options on site. It is extremely safe and security is of utmost confidence, very important in a city like Cairo. Location is on the Nile and our room indeed had a lovely view of this mighty river. The casino was small, intimate and opulent. Rooms well appointed with large terraces. Staff constantly checking that food, room and service was up to standard. 24 hour bank onsite. There is not one thing the guest is wanting that is not available. Highly recommended.

Very good location and alot of dining options. The receptionist desk at check in was very friendly and welcoming which is great but the service its not good at all when you call the service desk to request cleaning and room service they said ok and never show up and not clean facility for the price you paid for you should get better service .

I had two nights and it was awsome, i want to thank mr. saleh at the reception he was very professional and kind, i’m sure i’ll visit the hotel again with my family.

this place is a dream. I love it. you don't get hassled or scammed by other non name brand hotels. the food is great, and it has everything someone might need on their trip to Cairo

Large, comfortable rooms with balcony. Many dining choices with outdoor seating in courtyard with excellent ambience. Beautiful pool. Great breakfast buffet. Convenient indoor shopping for gifts, American snacks, bank, etc. Located on Zamalek, an urban island in Cairo. Excellent first stop to acclimate after long flight.
