Paid cash on site for 2 nights, room was 208 . The only room not being renovated on that side of property. Had to move building materials(sheetrock,tools, busted tile) out of the way to get to room. Turned on lights and roaches were everywhere. Went down to office to tell them we would not be staying and they wouldnt give a refund. Were there 5 minutes at most. Didnt even put our luggage down.

The room was awful... Smelled like animals lived in room... I did not stay at hotel and had to pay for another hotel... On top of that I requested a refund but was unable to get a refund... So ai called the BBB Better Business Bureau and informed them of hotel conditions and that I was unable to get my money back from Expedia..... Never will use Expedia again... I suggest no one use Expedia

The hotel was in a very convenient location for shopping in walking distant along with multiple eating choices. The owners and employees were pleasant and helpful.
