We chose this hotel because it’s fairly close to Tallahassee, it was Parents weekend and the price for stay was great.
The gentleman who checked us in at midnight was friendly and kind.
We were pleased that the room was clean in every way and the air conditioning was perfect.
We had breakfast there in the morning.
They have a machine that makes fresh pancakes. I had sausages and tater tots as well as coffee.
We were satisfied with our stay.

I travel a lot and this is the first hotel that I have stayed at this year that had everything they advertised in the room and it all was in working order! Even the pool! It was so clean and very big! Ac was cold, fridge and microwave worked great. And the whole room was very clean. The huge flat screen tv on the wall was a plus as well! Front desk staff was very kind and helpful! Definitely recommend and I will stay again next time I am in the area!

This is my favorite place to stay when I’m traveling with family. Safe and this was my first time during the summer.

When we arrived, no one was in lobby. Then we checked in. It was opening football game day. The cable was not hooked up. Had to call and after a few trips and 45 mins later we missed kick off, but had tv. There was absolutely zero toilet paper and had to request twice to receive. Shower curtain slides down as shower rod is about to fall off but could not fix so water just goes on floor. Requested a new room, they never addressed that nor did they come or offer to fix the shower rod. The new furniture and decor was a plus. The restaurant staff was far and few between to get anything. The chips were stale and awful and when we ordered the last drink, the price was double for the last one and it none of it was on special which was fine but double.

The facility was in a great location, easy to access. close to shopping. the staff were nice. However, the facility is in desperate need of repair or upgrade. there were not enough towells in the room and one of them was dirty.

People were very friendly. Property needs updated. Lots of people lingering around parking lot when we arrived which made us think twice about staying there.

The property is older but maintained well, the room was clean. They do have a hot breakfast. Probably the best place to stay in Cairo.
