Rooms were large and in good condition. My only complaint is that the floor had an external Air Conditioner unit at the end of the hallway and was exceptionally noisy, to the point I made a complaint and was able to change rooms. If staying it would be a good Idea to request a room at the opposite end of the hallway.

The Benson Hotel in Cairns is a comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed the pool and its vicinity to the esplanade.
Would stay again in the future.

Loved the two king sized beds which were so comfortable. Microwave, kettle and iron in the room and the shower was really good too.

Convenient as we were attending a party at the hotel. Rooms were clean, but a little overpriced compared to other hotels I've stayed in.

Great location, walkable to promenade and endless restaurants. Good sized room and comfortable bed and pillows. Bar upstairs and evening entertainment was fun. Housekeeping on the weekend was a little lax however front desk team were excellent and dealt with the issue. Would definitely recommend.

Lack of flexibility regarding refund of one day accommodation not used because of change of travel plans.
