Juan was wonderful and generous with free water, espresso and cookies. Nice public area to relax. Convenient location to harbor and shopping.

A lovely, but small room. Easily walkable to all one might need. There was no onsite parking but street parking was not difficult. I liked the coffee room where you could make your own lattes!

Coffee, cookies, water was much welcome! Quiet. Staff was very friendly. Place was nice. Was told washer/dryer was very recent addition. It was wonderful to have mid trip. However it war trying to use it. At one point i sat with another guest who chose to wait in the hall instead of hoping her laundry basket in line would assure her spot. Would be great to have an additonal set of WD for guest use. It was busy every time i went by.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
I loved staying here because it was easy to get around with shopping etc.

The Abbott Boutique Hotel is a charming retreat with a lot to offer. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, making every interaction warm and welcoming. Its excellent location is another highlight, with easy access to harbour, local attractions and dining options.
One of my favorite aspects was the lounge, a perfect space to relax or mingle with fellow guests in a cozy atmosphere. However, I found the near-constant use of air infusion a bit overwhelming, though I must admit it was effective in managing the damp smell.
Overall, it’s a delightful stay, with minor quirks that are easily outweighed by its many positives.

The Abbott boutique hotel was great for my solo trip to cairns. I felt very safe and it was conveniently located. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The property was clean, staff very helpful, and entrance welcoming .
Great for easy access to city centre, at great price .
Great for short stay but resort stay better for longer holiday.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Juan out of his way the second day. Great Nespresso coffee machine options.. lady working there took quite an interest in recommending options.
Great location a short walk from the scenic boardwalk. Lots of dining and shopping options.
Enjoyed our nice VIP Sauvignon Blanc.
Only improvement would be more malleable pillows and a duvet and cover instead of one top sheet and a blanket in the cupboard.

Everything was perfect! The staff are amazing, the room was so clean and modern, and everything was within walking distance. Great Nespresso machine for morning coffee! Also, I love that I was able to do my laundry right at the hotel! I highly recommend staying here!

My stay in The Abbott Boutique Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. The front desk patron (Argentian man) was friendly, accommodating, and a truly wonderful person to work with. Our room was clean and our luggage was even taken care of by the front desk person as we were traveling on a liveaboard the following days after our stay. Highly recommend The Abbott!
