Stayed here with husband and teenage son, excellent having our own rooms and bathrooms, lounge was large and plenty of room to relax I , balcony was spacious and perfect for plane watching, afternoon drinks and relaxing at night time. Apartment was furnished tastefully, beds were comfortable, extremely clean when arrived and beds made and fresh towels daily, walkable distance to CBD, pool was cold in the afternoon as on eastern side but visited in winter, in the summer would be lovely. Overall the stay was perfect and the building being secure was reassuring

The property looks good, the interior was ok and functional, but lots of living space, which was great with kids.
My only minor letdown was 1) the room we hav located on the 3rd floor, while the lower level didn't bother us, it's located at the floor with BBQ and pool. That means we don't get any privacy whatsoever. Also, the leaf blowing started at 8am and we can sleep in. 2) maybe I mis-understood the instruction, there's no room cleaning throughout our stay even we put "please clean room" outside.

Good views, well kept property
Parking at $15/night is a minus however.

Poorly maintained unit with cleanliness issues. Check in procedure is lacking and takes ages.

It is with despondency that I read your review of the standard of housekeeping and checking procedures in my hotel; however, I am certainly glad you brought the issues to my attention so that I can conduct further training & implement additional quality assurance checks. Whilst I am unable to personally inspect all rooms prior to check in, I certainly do require a detailed checklist of all turned over rooms to be completed, so I will thoroughly investigate how my system failed on this occasion. I do take pride in offering to my guests a clean, comfortable & pleasant environment in which to relax while staying at Piermonde & do hope that you will give me the opportunity to showcase this to you on your next stay.Once again, thank you for your review, however please be assured that the difficulties you experienced with Housekeeping and the Check in procedure as this is certainly not reflective of our usual high standards. What a fab location! Across the street from a wharf cafe and playground built into a huge fig tree. Brilliant for families.
The 2 / 3 bedroom waterfront apartments are unreal. Very morning I had a coffee on the balcony and got to watch cruise ships steam in.
Comfy beds, loads of space, and good A/C.
I absolutely recommend these apartments.
