“Every time I passed the reception, there was no greeting, no warmth – it felt like walking into a cemetery. No music, no atmosphere. The rooms were small, and the bathroom fan malfunctioned repeatedly, forcing me to turn the light on and off since they were connected. There was just one bedsheet, no blanket, and I didn’t even bother asking for one. The place seemed like it was also used for public housing, and if that was the case, they should have informed us. We were woken up multiple times during the night due to unnecessary noise. Will I stay here again?
Hell no !
Random trolly on the floor left behind. Total shambles.

It is with despondency that I read your review of the standard of housekeeping, staff interaction and general atmosphere at my property, However I am certainly glad you brought the issues to my attention so that I can conduct further training & implement additional quality assurance checks. With housekeeping , whilst I am unable to personally inspect all rooms prior to check in, I certainly do require a detailed checklist of all turned over rooms to be completed, so I will thoroughly investigate how my system failed on this occasion. I do take pride in offering to my guests a clean, comfortable & pleasant environment in which to relax while staying at Park Regis & do hope that you will give me the opportunity to showcase this to you on your next stay.Once again, thank you for your review, however please be assured that the difficulties you experienced are certainly not reflective of our usual high standards.
