We have stayed at the Novotel Oasis multiple times over many years and previously thought it was great.
On this 10 day stay It was disappointing to see that the new owners (following a fairly recent acquisition) seem to have cut costs and talent on the hotel staff.
Bar staff were extremely slow in all areas, they generally stood doing nothing rather than clear tables and also appereared uninterested in assisting the resort or the guests.
The pool was cleaned daily but the area around the pool was not and daily there were old bandaids and sweet rappers not picked up, along with the previous days pool toys left scattered everywhere. The poolside seating and sun beds were well past their best and there was not enough of them.
