Staff very helpful on arrival room generally good in need of a bit of TLC only small things easilly sorted. Shower not great had to hold the shower head by copper tube. Requested early morning call didnt get one was awake any way. Great location for restaurants shops walks etc pick up for trips round corner at pacific hotel not always made clear.

Location was great , comfy bed,great pool area
Hotel rooms need a new do over, torn curtains, coffee table was stained and dirty the sofa was stained and not nice to sit on, bathroom tiles neee new grout ,the cupboards old in bathroom, water damage, needs fixing
You had to bpil the kettle in the cupboard, where the plug was located , no other bench place
Rooms need a definite reno

I would like to see some updated tech to allow for USB plugs in lamps, phone, clock radio.
