The pool availability was good. The room size and cleanliness were adequate. Seating and benchtop space were limited. Nowhere to hang clothes. Nowhere to hang swimwear to dry.

Close to the centre of the city. The room was appropriate and clean and reasonable for the price. The shower is not the best, however having plates and cutlery was great for me. Recommended.

Great place and solid value

The staff were so welcoming and helpful when booking tours.
The apartment was extremely clean and had everything we needed.
The pool area was nice and also neat and tidy.
The only down side was the external look of the property, as it operates as a car rental business and the building is old and in need of repair.
However the price per night compensates for this and although the building is dated inside the apartment is very clean with an updated kitchenette and freshly painted with new blinds, floor coverings, aircon and offers Netflix.
Perfect accommodation on a budget and walking distance to everything.

Tired and dated, located next to a hostel and late night party venue and at the back of a car rental. If you want to be woken early but cars shifting around, then you are in for a treat. The place needs freshening up. It was way too expensive for what you get.

Sorry we did not meet your expectations of 125.00 per night for a budget motel room with a private shower/air-conditioning, microwave tea and coffee facilities and also very close to the city and the esplanade. If the building was new you would be paying 350.00 per night. Had you looked at the description and the pictures you would have seen it is a older building with budget accommodation.Next time perhaps increase your budget and check in to the Novotel hotel resort directly opposite our building for 350 per night. We hope you enjoy the rest of your travels.
