The time to take orders and deliver food is too long. The staff, mainly female, should have a better communication with customers.
On a different area, the internal parking lot is too small.
The platinum status did not offer any advantage. We were not allowed to check in earlier and we were given only one extra hour at check out.

The hotel is spectacular. I love the area and know it well, and this hotel is top-notch. The food is delicious, the staff is extremely helpful, pleasant, and friendly. The building is in impeccable condition, and the beach is delightful. I'm sure we will return!

Our stay at Ava exceeded all expectations. The staff was so friendly, and the food was delicious at breakfast. The view at the beach bar was spectacular. The room had natural handmade products and had a great view.
One of our best stays ever!!

Very private and safe hotel! Staff was amazing and always available! Couldn’t ask for a better stay in Costa Rica!!!
