Horrible customer service at this hotel. We arrived 45 minutes before the check in time and the room was ready but they would not let us check in without paying $20. They did not give us any wifi info or breakfast info. The front desk staff was very rude. Our shower leaked all over the bathroom floor so we had to use our towels to dry up the water and when we asked for more towels, they would only give us 1 towel. The hotel was dirty, the carpets were dirty, stained and faded. The surrounding area is an industrial zone with very noisy trucks in the morning.

Great staff and very helpful. Gets the job done, location isn’t great, and A/C of course isn’t fantastic.

Don’t get me wrong it was cute and stuff, but also a few damaged parts in the hotel room and the bed was a little bit to hard for me.I need to say the service was really kind and understanding.

It is good, but the hotel is rather old with the condition for electronic plug in for computer and cell phone charge,

Room was decent sized, but it was so hot in the room, out of the way from the center of town, and service wasn't great to start with, but seemed to go downhill the longer we were there.
