This place was not as advertised. The pictures led us to believe there would be a kitchen available. However, when we arrived that was not the case. The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped. The address shown on Expedia once we booked was not the same one at which the host told us to check in and we were not made aware of this change before arrival. The bathroom was clean but the shower was overhead and came down with too much pressure. It barely drained and when you showered you had to stand in a pool of water. The door to the shower did not properly close and there was nowhere to put our toiletries. Overall the washroom was the most difficult to navigate. The most pleasant part of the experience was the host who was always available and communicative and he always responded to our messages.

The experience me and my partner had here was very good. The owner of the hotel exceeded our expectations by being extremely hospitable towards us the whole trip and was very helpful with advice on places of interest in cagliari.

Posted 10 Sep 2019 on HotelsFirst of all, I would like to note the fantastic reception that Patrick gave us during our stay in the apartments. Throughout the entire period of residence, in his person was attentive attitude and help on all requests. As for the accommodation, the location is very good, 15-20 minutes walk to the beach, two large supermarkets and a bus stop nearby, which take 10 minutes to the city center, or to San Benedeto market in 20 minutes. You have everything for apartments for a comfortable stay, equipped kitchenette, all the necessary utensils. There are some minor remarks, the shower stall was defective, the furniture was broken, the neighbors were very audible, but nothing critical, therefore, despite some flaws, and taking into account Patrick’s reception, I put it in advance and evaluate the five star accommodation.

Schönes Apartment. Super zentral gelegen. 5 Minuten zur Altstadt und 5 Minuten zum Strand.

Posted 18 May 2018 on HotelsMuito bem localizado, próximo à praia e bem perto de ponto de ônibus, facilita a locomoção bem como torna fácil o acesso a diversos pontos de Cagliari. O apartamento no qual ficamos era confortável e contava com cozinha bem equipada. O wifi era bom. O café da manhã bastante razoável. A recepção foi muito boa, autêntica hospitalidade sera.
