Although there was public parking just by the spot there was non available in the time I was there , as with most of Cagliari parking is very hard .
It is probably better to state no parking nearby

Dear Nigel, we are sorry that you did not find a parking space easily in Piazza Annunziata and the surrounding area, but since it is the only free public parking in the center, it is possible that they are occupied. There are also other paid ones always nearby, perhaps a little freer. We indicate in our advertising sheet that the parking is free and public according to availability, we cannot write differently from the reality. Furthermore, if we are notified of the arrival of the guests with a car, we take care of occupying a public parking space for them, as we also asked you, who instead arrived with the rental car without notice and in any case for the early check in in the morning (instead of from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm) and unloading luggage, you were allowed to park in the condominium square. We are sorry that your rating for our small structure was influenced by the parking that is not ours. We hope that you can return and can be helped in finding parking, with our help. I had such a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, so close to a lot of shopping and restaurants and also close to public transport. Easy to access the beach by bus! Daniela and Guido were great hosts. They made sure to check in with me every so often and ask if there was anything I needed. Would definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back!

Nice room, super hosts

The hosts, Guido and Daniela did everything to make us feel at home. They are very friendly and gave us a lot of info about places to see around. We would like to return there one day. nice and cozy bussines stay location

Location is great, walking distance from central station, close to the old city quarter. the place is nice, secure and very cozy, if you like you can use fully equipped kitchen as well in addition to eating in nearby places.

Lovely B and B with great hosts
Posted 20 Jul 2018The B and B is close to local sites of interest and the city centre bars and restaurants. It’s full of character and we had a comfy bed, great shower and much needed air con. We arranged for airport pick up which was great and Guido and his wife Daniela came to greet us and then gave us coffee and cake and lots of advice on things to do and maps. Our Italian isn’t up to much, but with a mixture of Italian, French and English we got by. We chose to have breakfast at the B and B, but there is the option to eat at nearby cafes included in the price. Guido supplied us with lots of delicious breakfast options including gluten free ones for me. There was always fresh homemade cake available which went down very well with my partner. We also got to meet other guests from other parts of the world but could also come and go as we pleased and had plenty of privacy too. When we sadly had to travel to the airport to come home Guido took us for a coffee at a local bar on the way. We had a great holiday and it was so much more fun than staying in a faceless hotel. Highly recommended.

Clean, well located B&B with fabulous hosts

Pros: The hosts, Guido and Daniela, are amazing. They take care of every detail and are genuinely kind, attentive and professional.
Cons: Nothing, this was ideal.
Location: The botanical garden is worth visiting. The castle is also nearby. Within minutes you can walk to Via Vittorio Emanuele, with lots of restaurants.
I cannot speak highly enough of B&B Agnese. I stayed at the location on Via Merello, which is a beautiful, tree-lined street within walking distance to pretty much everything, but far enough to be quiet at night. If you don't like walking, there's also a convenient bus. On the same street there's an excellent cafe/restaurant, Dispensa, where you have vouchers for breakfast (unless you opt to have the hosts bring specific foods to the B&B). Dispensa is also very good for lunch and dinner.
The room was spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean, and so was the bathroom. The hosts provided a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. They even took me and two other guests for breakfast on the beach! Everything was a real treat. I would go back there in a heartbeat.
This is the perfect place if you are in Cagliari for business, conferences, a relaxing vacation, and if you prefer to stay a bit away from the noisy night life.

Fabulous hosts
Posted 13 Jun 2018 on HotelsOur hosts were amazing. Very helpful and even took us out to breakfast by a beach showing us points of interest along the way. Our room was clean and comfortable. Close to all amenities. We shared English and Italian lessons and had lots of laughs.

A good place to stay when in Cagliari, Sardinia
Posted 24 Feb 2018 on HotelsThe B&B Agnese is an apartment in the heart of Cagliari, a great location and very comfortable and clean. Our hosts greeted us with coffee and homemade cake as we checked in. What a treat and what a nice welcome. We were able to arrange transportation to the airport the next morning.
