"We enjoyed our stay at Boulder- Bay Residences. The staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. They even looked for a transportation and driver ( thank you Michael )for us so we can have dinner at the Fundation. The place is clean. The beds are firm, comfortable to sleep on. The linens and towels were clean and crispy white. The only complaint I had was the TV not working. "The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice as is the pool. The building is not complete. The upstairs bar was not available. The menu is tiny and the food portions tiny. It is chronically understaffed. The breakfast was poor. We would not eat dinner there and bought more breakfast elsewhere. Coffee was rubbish. The wifi was hopeless to connect. "I recently stayed at this hotel and gave it a 3/5 rating. The room itself was great—spacious, comfortable, and AC was great—but unfortunately, it wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. There were some areas that clearly needed attention, like cobwebs and dust. The sliding door to the balcony could not be opened unless you pry it open, and if you do indeed open it, it will take you a couple of minutes to close it back again.
