The property has no parking available for the guest, the shower does not drain easily

Hi Camilo Taylaran Jr.,We have informed you earlier that dont have parking space. There is free street parking outside the condo premises on a first come first serve basis. Actually we have lower down our rates to compensate the parking fees. As for the drainage, we just installed the filter to trap debris. We will take it out if your informed us.
