A couple of days exploring the area, Caen made a good base. This is a comfortable b&b (breakfast is extra) parking in place de la république is easy and 3 mins walk. No lift which made it a bit of a hassle with our luggage and no one there to check us in but info was sent via email.

Owner was lovely, quaint room in perfect walking distance to main shopping and eating.

Very central. Did not provide any tea/coffee making facilities in room. Otherwise, very comfortable
