Good price, stairs were dirty, average room. No elevator for second floor.

Bugs in room. Afraid my yorkie got fleas. Hall carpet looked filthy. No coffee one morning. Very inadequate breakfast options. Could not give receipt upon payment. Was to email but never received. Served our purpose but definitely not up to par. Will not recommend.

Expedia says check in was 2pm. When I got to the property I was told it had been changed to 3pm and just hadn’t been updated online. I was charged $30 extra for early check in. Staff were friendly and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable but it was impossible to sleep as the rooms aren’t truly soundproof and all I could hear was doors slamming repeatedly. Maybe I just had a bad room location.

This hotel is gorgeous! The staff is wonderful, the hotel and rooms are beautiful and pristinely clean and comfortable. If I could, I would give this Quality Inn a 10 about the 5 star rating. The indoor pool area is quite nice too.Q out
