Great Hotel with very friendly staff

Nice, clean room. Good cafeteria. No washcloths or tub in room. Lovely balcony.

Staff were very helpful, and good-humoured too.
Getting the bath/shower sorted was a slight obstacle course.
Location is ideal. Wondwrful area.

Their staff was very kind and the hotel location was convenient. Also, breakfast was excellent.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Unpleasant stay
Posted 2 Sep 2023 on HotelsThis is not a 4 Star hotel by any standard. Presenting it as such is just misleading. Cleanliness of bathrooms is the biggest concern. We had to change our travel plans and leave earlier because of how unpleasant our stay was.
Management had no interest in concerns raised. The hotel has a good location, but that is pretty much it. There are much better options around.

Great location! We loved it! and the staff from front desk were very helpful and nice. Cristina gave us an upgrade room and she was very kind and professional.
