Os funcionários eram bem atenciosos. o cardápio das refeições e café da manhã foram razoáveis. Estacionamento Ok. Porém no anexo que ficamos hospedados, não havia recepção, frigobar, Tv, o telefone, nem ramal também não funcionava. As refeições e café da manhã eram servidos no hotel da rede ao lado do nosso anexo. Isso gerou um pouco de insegurança e desconforto.

O Hotel está localizado bem próximo da Canção Nova. Os cômodos são limpos, tem um bom chuveiro e o espaço é razoável. Roupa de cama e banho padrão de hotel e limpas. A comida é gostosa. Para mim o colchão estava muito duro e o travesseiro muito baixo, então o descanso ficou bem prejudicado.A equipe de atendimento e o café da manhã ficam no outro hotel da rede, que está cerca de 50 metros. Acho que o custo benefício não vale o investimento, exceto se não encontrar outra opção, pois além da questão do colchão, o Hotel não tem elevador, tendo que carregar mala por até 3 andares, há necessidade desse deslocamento para se alimentar, perdendo toda a comodidade que se espera ao ficar em um hotel.

Hotel é bom. Cafe da manhã excelente, mais quando cheguei as 16:30 abre o check-in, a atendente me informou que não havia toalha para banho pois a lavanderia não havia entregado,ficamos de 17 as 18:20 esperando pelas toalhas de banho. Tinha compromisso as 18:00 e acabei chegando as 18:30. Enfim a atendente fez o impossível para localizar o responsável pela lavanderia. Enfim, tirando o inconveniente da falta de toalha, o restante foi bom.
