Parking nightmare

Quaint property with a great location. Some of the room needed a bit of a freshening and there were long dark hairs stuck to the bed linens. Normally this would have horrified me but it didn’t feel ‘dirty’, just something that happened.
A short walk to Plaza Mayor and all the old town sites. Many restaurant options in a variety of price ranges. Would book there again.

Was a lovely welcome even though we did not arrive until after 11pm.Was great that they spoke some english as my Spanish not very good. They where always very helpful and lovely welcome when you came back. Bedrooms where a nice size, everything to a high standard. Only one thing that would have been good would have been something to make a cup of normal tea, but think that is a British thing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Caceres as it is so central. It was so good we have booked to go back end of March

Lovely stay
Posted 28 Dec 2023 on HotelsI stayed at Don Carlos Cáceres for a week while attending a course nearby and it was perfect. My room was very comfortable and the hotel staff were friendly and kind. Fantastic location in the old city as well. I will stay there again the next time I visit Cáceres.

OK hotel in Caceres
Posted 15 Oct 2023 on HotelsGood location in Caceres in the middle of the Old Town. The hotel is an older yet renovated building. The room was nice but a bit "tired", e.g., the windows did not lock, so we closed the blinds when we were out of the room for the day, and at night. Breakfast was OK. The parking station was a bit difficult to find, but only a few minutes away from the hotel.
