"Overall, great hotel. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it to other travelers. Very helpful staff everywhere - front desk, restaurant, security in front - impressive group! I think two things for improvement - bathroom shower floor could be fixed better, one side was frayed. Also, the theater in front of hotel looks old. It needs fresh paint and its trellissed roof needa to get the rust removed. This would help improve surroundings."

"The reception and professionalism is incredible. I had a really early arrival 7am, and checkin starts at 2pm. Grace was able to get me into my lodgings by 10am free of charge! Since it was my first time visiting the country, I got help from the staff on navigating my way through town. They will either call or schedule a cab pick up for me or enter the right address I needed in the grab app Breakfast is so exquisite and delicious. There is more than enough variety to accommodate every diet and taste buds. The pool is resort style with enough room for everyone. There are lifeguards and towels. There is a kiddy section too. Every floor has a golfing area. I will definitely recommend Seda Manila "

"Very new hotel. Only more than a year since it opened. Staff are nice and very respectful. Breakfast buffet is so good. Housekeeping acts quickly when we request items we need. Walking distance to SM Aura and Market Market. The things I didn’t like are: parking too small. Surrounding kind of noisy as the hotel is located on a busiest location. Pedestrians are at risk when crossing as there are a lot of motorcyclists and cars and so traffic all day. There’s a security manning the traffic but it don’t really help a lot because of motorists coming and going from the 4-way directions. Even with stop lights pedestrians still cross the streets. "
