Bedbugs

Great location with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants in walking distance, and only a short drive to the Cares Gorge trailhead.
Toilet needs a deep clean, it was superficially clean but there was a strong smell of urine present.
Breakfast was good, and the staff serving were friendly and efficient……but you have to book a half hour slot….and that’s your lot! No chance of a slow relaxing morning coffee.

Get what you pay for...or overpay for.
Posted 9 Jun 2023 on HotelsQuirky but functional 2-star, convenient for town but quiet. Breakfast basic and served to you. No reception so you have to ohone for key code; i was then charged a different price (+€10) direct to card than Hotels.com price - no invoice sent and no response to subsequent email after query to Hotels.com elicited an address.

Not very understanding hotel management
Posted 5 Jul 2019 on HotelsWhere to start,I never actually stayed but have been asked to give a review ,so I will,me and a friend on a motorcycle trip used the (find a hotel near me) facility on hotel.com to find a, hotel to stop,it came up with this hotel which as it turned out was nearly 350 miles from our location, we didn't notice this at the time but after going through the final payment process realised the mistake that hotel.com had made,we immediately phoned the hotel to explain ,and cancel,the hotel refused even after 10 to 15 minutes,hotel .com didn't get back to ,as promised so 2hours later we rang them again to be told weree we had to be pay for a room we could never use,credit to hotel.com after,a initially non committal discussion with a nice lady they saw the mistake wasn't ours and refunded us our money,what this says about Hotel Las Angeles is up to the reader,I know what I think,

Una muy buena opción para alojarse, nosotros la elegimos porque íbamos a hacer una ruta por los picos de europa y muy acertado. El personal super atento y amable y el desayuno muy bueno también.
