Few vegan choices. Excellent service. Hard to find a pool lounger. Easy taxi service. Beds were super comfortable. Bottled water was expensive and should be free.

Poor attitude with staff, extra fees were ridiculous. Had to pay extra 900 dollars for stay.

Horrible service, our shower was broken for 3 days and had to ask three times before anyone would come fix it. The front desk in the main lobby gentleman working lied to me twice about talking to the manager. Then on the 4th day our waiter at breakfast told us we did not have breakfast included. When we booked it said breakfast was included and when we checked in the gentleman that checked us in confirmed that. So when I spoke with Wendy the manager she told be no one told us that. We have a party of 7 that confirmed what he had said but she told me that was untrue . so I am a liar. We will never come back to this hotel. Horrible service. They don’t care about their guests, once you’re here they are paid. Do not stay at this hotel they are unprofessional and will not take care of their guests.

They make charges that don't make sense, at the end of the day, they even charge for going to clean cleaning that was never done

The positives are the staff, the property grounds and the view. I don't care for all-inclusive resorts because I like to spend a lot of time outside the hotel, so I did not choose that option, but the people that do like that seemed to be having a good time with the activities. If I wanted to stay in the hotel the whole time, my rating might be higher.
The negatives for me are the rooms are dated and they smell bad, probably because of the humidity - our humidifier wasn't working, so everything was wet in the room. The hotel is forty-one years old and the lobby was under renovation, so it was not usable and there was construction noise all day. The beach, while nice, is dangerous to swim due to a strong undertow - Medano beach is much nicer. Lastly, we had to walk from the hotel to the gated entrance to catch Ubers or taxis several times per day, so that was inconvenient.
