Pros: Garza Blanc is one of, if not, thee most clean and well maintained resorts I've visited. You would always see staff cleaning on every corner you turn. Everyone we came into contact with was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Cons: The food is not that great. While they have 8 pools, theres only 4 restaurants and the best one was Hiroshi (Japanese restaurant). There are very limited activites for the guest. This resort is strictly for relaxation.

I got injured due to room service breaking a glass bottle. No one notified me to be careful and kept finding glass under carpet and all over the room that i cut myself. On top of that rooms phone never worked it was brought to their attention it was fixed and stop working the next day very disappointed.

All the staff were awesome! Very welcoming, very nice. The resort itself was beautiful, very clean. They have a rooftop pool/bar for adults only which I loved that. Very family orientated

Since I discovered Garza Blanca in 2020 I haven’t looked back. I don’t stay anywhere else. You feel like royalty with her attention and treatment you are given.

This place was fantastic. My wife and I did sit through the presentation for hotel membership and Ruben was excellent, but his boss was way too pushy. All together, it was an excellent trip, but be mindful of the membership presentations cause it took like 3 hours of our day.

Overall everything was great. The staff was friendly and accomodating. I dined at 3 of the restaurants (Steak, Japanese, Mexican) and loved every dish. The breakfast buffet was standard for all inclusion with a lot of options. I booked a massage and while it was pricey, it was one of the best Ive had. I recommend going early to appt to take advantage of the saunas and jacuzzi. The adult only jacuzzi was full of kids and families. My room had a loud noise that was annoying (thought it was refrigerator or AC) I didn’t complain bc i didn't want to pack up everything and move. If you plan on doing the beach bike tour, bring close toed shoes. Location was good for me as it was only 25 minutes from airport and I stayed at resort the entire time. If you are wanting to do shopping or walk around the city you will need to uber.
