Our concierge Karla was absolutely fantastic. The drivers and servers at all the restaurants we had lunch and dinner were amazing as well. We were so pleased with our stay, that we will be returning with our young adults next year.

I would not stay here again under any circumstances. This isn’t an all-inclusive resort but you can buy an all-inclusive package and have to sign a bill with your room number every hours. The front desk staff are aggressive about upselling the “premium package” and were rude when we declined. We were not offered a room upgrade even though the resort was half empty and the front desk initially sent us to a room where a wall was being repaired and didn’t apologize for making us drag our luggage around. Pool staff were friendly, but the entire place was dead quiet by 8pm with no activities, gathering place, or live music. Spend your money elsewhere.

This property is wonderful. All of the dining options are delicious. Very clean all staff is attentive. Juan at the patio beach bar was awesome. Took care of us every day. Would Highly recommend.

The staff were all incredibly nice, helpful and friendly. From the reception, concierge, restaurant staff, even the housekeepers were always so friendly. The food and drinks were all amazing. They offer golf carts to shuttle you around the property, as it is a big resort. We used this to get us to some of the restaurants. We did not expect the humidity to be so intense, and most of the restaurants are outdoors. So, I would highly recommend taking bug repellent spray as the mosquitos are no joke.

The views from our room were breathtaking! The room was nice, clean and big! The staff at all the bars and restaurants and housekeeping were Incredible!! The best we have had in a long time! The only negative was the Timeshare presentation we got roped into and it was absolutely horrible, and they would not let you leave. What was supposed to be 90 minutes took over 3 hours. As long as you don't schedule an appointment with those folks selling the timeshares, it would be an excellent stay!

STAY ELSEWHERE. Beautiful property. Service sucked from day one. We are patient and don't typically complain. Finally on the second to last day we had to let them know what was happening and you know what they said?? that we were getting bad service because we had booked through Expedia. What?! I have never had that happened ever. We asked a couple more guests and they too agreed service was bad. I'm talking over 1 hour wait for food, luggage to wrong rooms, delayed pick ups. If you can afford to, stay elsewhere. Won't be coming back.
