"Loved how quiet the resort was, maybe it was time of year, but never had to get to the pools or beach early to get a lounger. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, though sometimes we had to ask for refills on drinks at our meals. Not a big deal, someone was always easy to flag down. Would easily stay here again in the future. "

"Beautiful place! The whole property is well maintained, the pools are good. Staff is happy and willing to help. Unlike typical all inclusive, the different restaurants do have different menus and style, and flavour is different from the others. The cons; golf is prohibitively expensive for the common Canadian and our weak dollar! As well, the beach property is only 300 m long with large craggy outcroppings on each side. "

"Very beautiful property and well maintained. Entertainment staff are great! Beach party and Mexican Fiesta are a must see. Mexican Fiesta food was really good. Lots of choices. Breakfast buffet was standard. Room service hamburger was good. Pizza was not. Didn't try any of the restaurants since the marina is so close. I would definitely come back here. "

"This property is a hidden gem. Perched on cliffs the views are priceless, the amenities and grounds are stunning and the staff are just lovable. You cannot go wrong by booking here. The cherry on top was the private clear water beach steps away. We came with our family of 5 and we couldn’t be happier. We felt safe and very well taken care of. We stayed in the small ocean view villla and the view was breathtaking and the suite was very comfortable and clean. We spent 5 days in early January and the clientele was a balanced mix of young couples, retirees, families and a small handful of friend groups. Everyone was so polite and friendly. The food and drinks were also generous and delicious! “Party”Cabo is only a quick 10 min drive away, so this makes for the perfect retreat. There are many grocery options close by and some hidden dining options as well, like Metate and Dolce Villa for ice cream. We highly recommend this place. "

"Our family of 4 loved the stay at RIU Palace! Check in was fast and they accommodated our two joining partial ocean view rooms. Clean, spacious and beautiful views from our deck. The buffet had a ton on variety and was very good. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The beach and sand were absolutely gorgeous. We were able to go in the water a bit and more if you walk a couple of min to the right It was just what we needed. We celebrated my 50th bday there and was so excited to see a tiramisu bday cake in our room on my bday from the hotel. Great memories were had at Rui, Cabo! "
