"The property has great location, wonderful views. The lobby failed to communicate we needed to ask for sheets and towels during check in, so when I arrived at the apartment I freaked out for a moment. After that I found out they offer everything, but you need to go downstairs to the lobby and request it. The staff was very helpful and friendly - always. "Horrible wifi only worked in lobby, no hot water, sandy floors, poor service and communication at reception - didn't work well with hotels.com reservation and on top of everything THE SHOWER ELECTRICUTED ME!.. "first off.. the location isn’t the greatest. There’s not too much good things around if you don’t have a car! But other than this. The hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly and very professional. They helped me and my friend with a lot of things. Anything you need, don’t be afraid to ask. The rooms were gorgeous and very comfortable. The pool wasn’t too deep but it was still amazing! Breakfast was very delicious, the cooks did a very fine job."

"This hotel is in front of Praia do Peró, next to Praia do Conchas. Words fall short to say that they are beautiful and incredible. In the mornings you can go for a walk or run on the beach. The hotel is beautiful, the food is exquisite. We went to celebrate our birthday, and we were surprised that they noted the date of birth in our passports, because at breakfast they sang Happy Birthday to us and made all the Brazilians who were staying sing and they did it with great pleasure. And they gave us a cake that we loved. There are also gluten-free options. What a beautiful hotel... the room was very comfortable. I'm going back to Cabo Frio... and this hotel made us feel at home."

"This hotel was very nice to stay in. It was clean and modern and made my stay very comfortable. The staff are friendly and were very patient with me while I used google translate on my phone to communicate. A couple of the front desk staff spoke english which was helpful. The hotel is a bit smaller in person than it appears in the photos on the internet, but there was enough space for my needs. The little beach attached is pleasant if you want calmer waters away from the main beach. The food was great, I recommend the mashed potatos! Big breakfast! You will enjoy your stay here."

"The minute I walked onto the building the staff were very friendly, Gabriela (I hope that was her name) was patient with me as I used google translate to communicate. She even used the english she knew to help me as well. The facilities were clean and modern. The restaurant staff were also very kind, Jardel was willing to use google translator to communicate with me. I asked to try tapioca for breakfast and Daniel made me a sweet and savory option without me asking just so I could try both, so nice! I felt very safe and taken care of. They even let me store my bag for a couple hours so I could wait by the pool till my next hotel check in. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit hard, but that is just me bejng picky. So go stay! Its great! "
