the property, Hotel Grand Laguna, was located close to the beach & the Grotto service was excellent / friendly. The room had no hot water, a towel bar was down, 2nd bathroom shower was broken, a light was out, and no flyer for nothing (places to eat, see, shop, etc.)

It was a very nice place to stay.rooms and bathrooms were very nice and comfortable.
