Not sure why it takes so long to release the holding deposit

Hi PaulWe are not able to release the funds the bank needs to do this after 7 days.The bank will not allow this option.

Two nights in the heart of the town. King bed room. Quite small but adequate for a short stay. Says it has a balcony. You can only step out and stand as only big enough to stand. Bed was like a hammock, a little worn out. Room was lovely and quiet. Jetted tub included, however we didn't use it. Area around was perfect. Parking included was fantastic. For $400 per night it could be better.

Great sized apartments and amazing shower etc but noise insulation isn't great. If your bedroom window is street facing you will hear a lot of car, people and even restaurant music noise so that was a let down for the price paid.

Not what we expected for the price. More like a motel / hostel vs something that is listed as "boutique hotel and apartment". There was nothing boutique about it at all.

Room wasn’t clean. Had to run the shower for 10mins to clean it out. Fridge has drink spilt all through it. We told them, they said they’d send someone to clean it, which they didn’t. We were told when checking out they sent us a message through Expedia to change rooms the next day and a free upgrade. We never got a message, nothing on Expedia at all. They had our number and could have called us any time. Bad enough when the room wasn’t clean, but to be lied to at the end is a bit ridiculous.
