My first interaction with staff was entirely unhelpful.
Expedia was advertising the prices in US$ but failed to let me know. I found out after i paid. The price went from $160 p/n to $275.
When i contacted the property within 24 hrs, they told me only Expedia can help me. Expedia staff proceeded to try and reach the property to cancel the booking and waiver the charges so i could get my money back, apparently trying several times without a response. So i tried to reach them 3 times via email and tried to call but the calls were never picked up and emails were ignored.
I'm sure you can imagine how uncomfortable I was when we arrived.
Hoping to find myself overwhelmed with joy, i was disappointed to find many things that I didnt like.
The tents are right next to each other. So you can hear every fart from your neighbour.
The water smells like chlorine, so I suspect that it is treated water from the sewage plant.
It was nice to have a dishwasher, but the plates are too big to fit, which we found pretty funny.
The dog park is super stupidly boring and tiny. So it makes sense that people opted to walk their dogs around the resort instead, only, one of them took a dump on the ground in front of our tent.
Being more earthy people, having access to the beach was nice, but the walk and bike routes are so short. Not even a stroll.
And theu made it clear that i should never book through expedia again, and rather book directly. In that case, dont advertise through Expedia
