"This is our fifth visit to the Jefferson and it has never failed to be anything but comfortable and a classy weekend. They always take great care of us, even when Richmond was battling a boil water edict due to issues at the Water facility. Fortunately the boil water restrictions were lifted Saturday at noon, just in time for the Sunday Champagne Brunch. Which we highly recommend if you get the chance. Overall, It was because of the Hotel’s high attention to detail that the water issues caused no real concern and we look forward to our next visit."

I do not like being cold; the temperature was perfect for the pool and pool area. The staff was pleasant and helped make our stay enjoyable. The food choices were better than expected."
