This was a perfect spot to stay to be at Mass Maritime early morning. It was comfortable, clean, handy and very affordable. I would definitely stay again if the circumstances warranted it.

The staff is so nice and accommodating…I know we will be back-super easy in and out and very convenient to our needs!! Room had pretty much anything you might need! Beds very comfortable and room/bathroomsuper clean!!! Affordable-great choice!!

The room itself was clean but extremely small. The bed was right next to the bathroom (which was tiny) so my husband was basically sleeping up against the bathroom door. It was hard to go to the bathroom at night because the loud fan was connected to the light switch so if I put on the light it would wake up my husband. The heating system was not working properly. It was either too hot in the room or cold when the heat shut off. The only thing I liked in the room was the cute retro refrigerator. The carpet needs a really good cleaning. We wouldn't book this location again.

I am really sorry that you were unhappy with your stay. As I’m sure you have seen our reviews your opinion is not shared with others about our place. Our rooms are extremely clean. And yes they are small. The exact square footage of every room is listed online along with several pictures. We’re sorry if you felt the heating system was not working properly, but they are checked every single day when I go in and clean the rooms. I really had wish you had told us that you were unsatisfied. With how little you paid for your room, we would’ve been more than happy with giving you a refund. It was clear when you showed up for your room that we were just not where you thought you were staying through no fault of ours. Next time I suggest looking more into detail before you book. Thank you.

This property is by far the best ive been to in a while staff is amazing rooms are home like and it was all around an amzing stay

Absolutely Perfect location . Front desk staff exceptional. Clean & Comfortable accommodations. Located extremely close to Polar Express Cape Cod Train, approx 5 minute drive . I would most definitely stay here again if needed.
