Lisa, James, William and Julie were all outstanding in service and hospitality. We will definitely stay here again because we were treated like royalty. Compliments to the chef for going above and beyond making our special order grilled sword fish...mmmm good...and the red wine hit the spot!!!

Expedia charged us when we booked online. Quality Inn charged us again when we registered. I’ve been double charged the same room. Furthermore, we were shopping in a specific area for a hotel. When paid for the room neglected to realize it was in an area 20 miles away. Generally speaking a terrible experience.

Person at front desk went above and beyond to accommodate our early check in. Person I ran into in the hall on my way returning pool towels took them from me since he was going that way and when circuit breaker went off, person came up to room to make sure all was set. Attached restaurant/bar had great food and people at the bar were interesting and engaging. All in all, a great stay.
