Ruim, primeiro me colocaram em um quarto no 4 andar, mesmo eu informando que sou cardíaca,.insistiram, fiquei subi as escadas duas vezes e passei mau, meu marido pediu a troca do quarto, me colocaram em um quarto lá atrás fedorento de esgoto e sem querer a tv pegasse em todos os canais, fiquei uma tarde vendo somente noticiário e sentindo fedor de esgoto esperando a manutenção voltar para resolver o problema da tv e nada, fui até a recepção e pedi a troca do quarto, me colocaram no quarto acima deste que eu estava, subindo um.lance de escada, chegando ao quarto a tv funcionava, o mau cheiro era menos, porém a cama horrível dura como se fosse uma madeira, enfim resolvi ficar ali mesmo, uma vez que já estaria vindo embora no outro dia, fiquei tão chateada que tomei café e sai do hotel. O café da manhã salvou é farto

Falta de coordenação dos trabalhos.....
Já a segunda vez que me hospedo no Estabelecimento, mas a parte de limpeza das suites um pouco sofrível devido a comunicação entre a Recepção e as Funcionárias. Cheguei no Hotel na Segunda e me entregaram o apartamento com 40 minutos de atraso..... só fui conseguir a manutenção e troca de toalhas na quinta feira, apesar de ter avisado na recepção e ter deixado a chave cedo ...quando voltei no fim da tarde, nada fizeram..... Outro problema que deverá ser sanado a quantidade de insetos no apartamento, muitos formigoes amarelos e outros....e com a falta de limpeza no quarto...foi terrível......

A estadia foi maravilhosa o Recepcionista Flavio( da manhã pq tem 2)como sempre atencioso, prestativo. A Bia nossa é outro diferencial da pousada ela é maravilhosa. A Rose do café da manhã, a Rose da limpeza , o Rafael da recepção, Vinicius, o senhor que fica a noite na recepção, todos da cozinha e da limpeza. O hotel fica próximo ao comércio de carro nem 5 minutos ate uns 10 minutos, pra rodoviária a pe uns 20 minutos. As dua piscina do hotel sempre limpas ,arrumação dos quartos também, funcionários prestativos.cafe da manhã excelente com muita variedade. Parquinho pras crianças que amaram tudo. Nem queriam vir embora

Um pouco decepcionante
Foi um pouco decepcionante. Fiquei em um quarto onde tinha que subir 5 lances de escada, o quarto não era muito confortável, o banheiro é bem pequeno, a limpeza deixa a desejar. Talvez a única coisa boa do quarto seja a vista. O café da manhã é ok, razoável.
