Na recepção porteiro me tratou de modo normal me acompanhou até o quarto chegando ao quarto está ótimo as coisas limpa roupa de cama limpinho banheiro limpinho televisão somente com dois canais habilitados o restante todos fora do ar à noite tinha algum gerador uma barulheira tremenda a noite toda Foi desligar 5h00 da manhã na primeira noite tínhamos um hóspede ao lado qualquer barulhinho que ele fazia voltava pra ouvir inclusive na hora no momento de tomar banho não recomendo

A Localização é excelente, muito perto da praia e de pontos turisticos. A pousada é bem simples, a cama nao tem conforto, mas a educação dos funcionários e a limpeza do ambiente fazem com que ela fique dentro de uma média muito aceitável de estadia. Recomendo.

Foi muito boa...o que atrapalha um pouco é o som muito alto das casas noturnas na rua principal de Rio das Ostras...no sábado por exemplo rolou até às 5:00 da manhã.....nem com janelas fechadas e ar condicionado no máximo abafa a algazarra de vozes e música altissima....autoridades deveriam tomar providências...precisamos de um pouco de descanso....

A Pousada pode fazer muitas melhorias, como por exemplo, a mudança das camas no quarto, a TV que é muito pequena, o numero de acesso aos canais da TV, o corredor onde a gente passa para chegar no quarto (mediante chuva), a goteira imensa que tem na porta do quarto 03, fazendo a agua adentrar o quarto e o WiFi que não funcionou. Pontos bons: atendimento das meninas do café, a piscina e a localização.
