Cute and well thought motel room. Attention to detail was apparent. Special thanks to Olivia, she always reponded very promplty to our concerns. I would rate this excellent, except there was no ice machine, and the air conditioning unit is extremely loud. Although, it is maybe to be expected for a motel room to have loud a.c.

Other than the terrible mattress it was a great place. The mattress forced us to the middle of the bed. It was encased in a plastic cover and the sheet kept slipping off. Since the main purpose of a motel room is to sleep - this was a challenge. I think the owners have remodeled recently - hopefully they will replace the mattress soon.

We would stay here again. The bed was very comfy, everything you needed was there coffee, refrigerator, microwave, TV , easy to get in to room, code was sent and instructions given. Was perfect for the two of us for the night.

Buxton Hotel Room
Posted 13 Jun 2024 on HotelsThis classic but newly renovated beach hotel was a very good stay for 3 of us(couple with grand). Close walk to beach, extra large room, clean. Any messages to owners were quickly answered. We loved this area of OBX….not so busy as the Nags Head area. Bed linens are soooo comfy😀
