Stayed at the hotel many times. It has gradually deteriorated,over the last few years very few staff around, lounges downstairs were cold, breakfast adequate in choice sausage and bacon poor quality I don’t think we’ll be staying again. Room was ok.

good room sizes.we have mobility issues,which were well catered for.24hour reception good idea.interesting building historically.very convenient for park,opera house etc.all in all,very good place to stay.

I would NEVER deal with this property and chain again. Because of flight changes, we asked to delay our arrival by one day, and instead add TWO days on the end. They flatly refused to do this, even tho to their benefit, repeatedly stating that these were the rules for the group. On arrival, they expressed surprise when we arrived "one day late, and the front desk were completely indifferent to the whole situation. So we stayed elsewhere for THREE extra nights in the end. And for good measure, the hotel itself is tired, regardless of age. Some rear ends need kicking around the whole place.
