What's Not to Like?
Posted 12 Jul 2019 on HotelsThis is a very comfortable, spotlessly clean and tidy B and B with a great breakfast and very friendly staff. Some really nice touches are the delicious chocolate bars in rooms daily and on the last day a post card appears on your table of one of the excellent pencil drawings by the owner which line the walls of the breakfast room.

Very close to tourist spots, short walk to Pooles Cavern, Pavilion Gardens and central Buxton. Nice owner and staff. Nice stay despite the weather

Business meeting. Woken up at 5:30am. Curtains are not sufficient for even dawn daylight. Clean enough. Breakfast substantial. I had fruit, however, when ask did they have natural yogurt, the response was "we're not a hotel" response unwelcome. Sorry no would have been sufficient m

No complaints ever on the quality of our curtains over the past years by any of our guests?
Natural yogurts were there with the other choice of yogurts (perhaps you missed them?)
