This is more like a motel than a hotel..limited amenities, noisy air conditioner, staff not welcoming!

Room was clean. Hot water for shower did not work properly. Staff wanted us to pay more for a junior suite because did not have a queen room that we booked. Internet was only in lobby area.

Thank you for your response. We already fixed the hot water equipment. It's just a minor click needed inside the magnetic switch. Crew was already trained to do basic troubleshooting. With regards to the Jr. Suite, we apologize for it and willing to make some price adjustment or upgrade the next time you booked with us, hopefully. I would greatly appreciate if the next time there's confusions with any of our staff, to please ask the Manager so your concerns will be handled properly.Again, i apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for letting us know. It will always a great help for us for improvement.
