Yeah, we wrote it in advance since we just need to help guests who wished to have breakfast and there were instances before that we prepare them though not all the time and when the pandemic happened, those instances became even more difficult. Good day Ms. Angel, Sorry for the discomfort which you may have. The room is really meant for 1 person. Visitors can be accommodated in the living area but not to stay over the night as we are on a per person booking and the rate is really low that it's less than 50% from hotels. Had you told us that you prefer to transfer in the aircon room as we mentioned in our message to you before your arrival, we would have accommodated you but of course, at an additional fee. That room can also accommodate another person as it is the biggest room but more than double the price from your chosen room. The price of your room is really meant for an electric fan. Changing it to air conditioned would add up to the cost. Hope you will inform us your concerns right away next time same when you informed us of your early arrival and late checkout so we can address it/them properly. Have a great day!
