Breakfast was delicious and free. Wifi connection was excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable. For a one night stay it exceeded my expectations!

I made multiple calls just to clean my room. Housekeeping was slow, but overall the place was okay.

Posted 3 Jan 2024 on HotelsOasis Hotel in Butuan is just your average hotel with nothing really that shines. The staff are very helpful and are very willing to give you any assistance and the rooms are good with the only complaint being the cockroach which greeted us on entry and was quickly dispatched down the toilet. The air conditioning was good but noisy, as are all these wall type aircons, but it kept us cool. The beds were nice and comfy and tea/coffee facilities are provided but not the coffee/tea. We dined in at the restaurant and the food was good and tasty and mostly suited to the Filipino taste which was also the same with the free breakfast. The dining area was not air conditioned so was a bit uncomfortable but we asked for and got a fan which really improved the experience. The hotel is fairly old but has held up well and well worth the price of an overnight, or two, stay.
