Everyone we interacted with at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The building and room were dated but well kept and cleaned. The continental breakfast was pretty good and the breakfast room was spacious and clean.

The staff were not friendly at all. There was public hair on the tub.

the heating was too loud and kept waking us up. overall everything was fine I would recommend it to my friends

No closet. Bed skirts dirty /dog Carpets dirty HV noisy and filters dirty. Pulled the nightstand to plug radio in and cleaning is not good Toilet seat crooked and loose Little lady at the desk was great. I would not recommend the property. Housekeeping and maintenance need to check rooms and set up their rooms for overall maintenance and deep cleaning. Laminate in dog friendly rooms would make it way easier for housekeeping to clean Need to put your preventative maintenance program to work.
