Staff rude refuses to get towels dirty room floor cocered in gross beds were nasty durty horrific experience never happen again

The front desk lady chanci was very nice and imformative very proffesional people and nice clean rooms at affordable price

The property is in old downtown area and is an area that is being renovated but still has old charm. Some cool restaurants and bars in area. Not just cookie cutter fast food places. Room was clean and bed was comfortable and heat was good even though getting cold outside. Front desk staff was courteous and friendly. Only complaint is about the bathroom floor it was Kinda torn up around the bath tip and had a hole that looked like they had done some plumbing repairs not completely finished
